Emergency CallWorx Awarded Bid for Alabama State Contract to Supply 911 ANI/ALI CTI Solution
Great News for all Alabama PSAPs. The Association of County Commissions of Alabama has added a new capability for procuring equipment that reduces both the cost and time required for PSAP equipment and services procurements. The Association has put together a state-wide joint bid project that consolidates PSAP resources and purchasing power while increasing the focus on integrated solutions between various county agencies.
Emergency CallWorx is excited to support this effort as our product design, decades of experience and many of our close relationships are derived from the small PSAP community. We see Alabama as leading the nation in developing a cost-effective procurement model for the small PSAP.
We are pleased to announce that Emergency CallWorx has been awarded the bid for the Alabama state contract to supply an 911 ANI/ALI CTI solution. The contract will take effect on January 1, 2009 and remain in place until December 31, 2009.
The County Joint Bid Project is a competitive bid award that allows you to negotiate procurement for a Next Generation ready 9-1-1 ANI/ALI CTI solution directly with Emergency CallWorx without the need to issue an RFP.
