Craig Dollar, Chief Executive Officer
In October of 2007, Mr. Dollar formed Emergency CallWorx to develop and manufacture an integrated product suite geared towards Next Generation E9-1-1 systems and dispatch solutions. With over 25 years of combined experience in the telecommunications and public safety industries, Mr. Dollar possesses in-depth experience in all facets of public safety telecommunications including: dispatch systems, system integration, system operations, training, and customer support. Mr. Dollar has been a regular supporter and frequent speaker for the NENA and APCO associations, serving on several advisory committees. Prior to founding Emergency CallWorx, Mr. Dollar formed CLJ2, Inc., a Public Safety Consulting and Information Technology services firm that assists customers in the strategic planning, design, procurement and or deployment of public safety solutions. Other career highlights include serving as Vice President of the Integrated Dispatch Solutions Division for PlantCML and VP of Sales and Marketing for Tel-Control (TCI) for over 15 years.
Kevin Gardner, Corporate Director
Kevin Gardner is a corporate director for Emergency CallWorx. Mr. Gardner is a 20 plus year veteran who has held several key positions with responsibilities in technical sales, marketing, business development, channel distribution management, system planning, project management and customer service management. Prior to joining Emergency CallWorx as a co-founder and director, he was with General Dynamics Itronix as a Regional Sales Manager calling on public safety agencies and the utilities markets throughout the Southeast. Mr. Gardner's career in public safety sales also includes ten years with Tel Control, Inc and Plant Equipment (now PlantCML). Additionally, he was with Schlumberger Technologies for eight years in various roles from Applications Engineer to Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Gardner holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and resides in Huntsville, AL.
Brian Godsy, Director
Brian Godsy has over 30 years combined experience with over 10 of those in public safety software with responsibilities for account management, project management, proposal development, contract negotiations, customer presentations, pricing, requirements definition and strategic planning. Prior to joining Emergency CallWorx, he served as a Client Account Manager with TriTech Software Systems serving over 18 Police, Fire, EMS and 911 customers in the Central United States. Mr. Godsy also worked as a Project/Account Manager with Intergraph Public Safety covering over 20 clients through the United States. He has also served in a variety of rolls with several government contractors in the Huntsville area. Mr. Godsy holds a Masters and a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Project Management Professional and Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst certifications.
Bill Hall, Director of Services
Bill Hall has over 20 years of telecom experience and has held several positions with responsibilities in technical support management, technical service sales management, product qualification and engineering. Before joining Emergency CallWorx, he was with Digium Inc. as the Technical Support & Sales Director responsible for selling training, software development, product maintenance and consulting. Mr. Hall's experience also includes over 15 years with ADTRAN Inc., holding numerous positions throughout the company as the Service Sales Manager, Technical Support Supervisor, Technical Support Engineer, Product Qualification Engineer and Engineering Associate. Mr. Hall holds an Associates degree in Electronics and resides in Huntsville, AL.
Justin McAteer, Product Manager
Justin McAteer is the Product Manager at Emergency CallWorx responsible for managing the software development of the Emergency CallWorx product suite, including all telephony software development, integration, and dispatch products. He has 10 years combined experience in software development, software sales support and software product/project management. Prior to joining Emergency CallWorx, Mr. McAteer was with Digium, Inc., the company behind ECX's telephony engine. He has also held several positions performing software development (.Net, Web, Internet) and software project management. Mr. McAteer studied Marketing and Computer Science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Dwayne Hubbard, Director of Software Development
Dwayne Hubbard, Director of Software Development Dwayne Hubbard has 15 years of telecommunications experience with responsibilities in all aspects of the product lifecycle with industry leading companies such as Intel, Dialogic, and Digium. Prior to joining Emergency CallWorx, he was a Senior Software Developer and Commercial Software Team Leader for Digium and a co-architect of the Intel/Dialogic Communication Services C++ Framework. Dwayne holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute and a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
James Webb, Installation Manager
James Webb has over 25 years combined experience with the last 14 years focused in the public safety industry. Before joining Emergency CallWorx, James was with Plant CML an EADS company (formerly Tel Control, Inc.) and held several positions with responsibilities in training, technical support, and held such titles as Product Services Manager and Technical Support Analyst. He holds an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering.
Betty H. Hall, Marketing Manager
Betty H. Hall has spent the majority of her career consulting and providing marketing services for numerous public safety companies along with a wide range of high-tech companies including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), Information Technology software, services and computer hardware. Prior to the creation of her own company, Astute Marketing, Betty spent two decades with a Fortune 1000 company and later was Director of Marketing for a public safety start-up. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations Journalism from Auburn University.
